Proof Approval

For custom graphics:

  • A digital proof will only be supplied before printing if requested by the customer

  • If a proof is requested, production will not begin until the proof is approved, which may result in longer lead times.

  • Once a proof is approved, no changes or cancellations can be made

Approval confirms that all details are correct.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged in transit, or

  • incorrect due to an error on our part

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Installation Issues

A-Bomb MX is not responsible for:

  • incorrect installation

  • damage caused during fitting

  • issues resulting from poor surface preparation

We recommend following our 'Professional Installation Guide' for best results.
